The beginning of "Chiropiito of Macedonia" ,started from the traditional laboratory that was founded by Tsiouri brothers in Ionia of Thessaloniki several years ago. In December 2001 the company expanded with the construction of modern freehold premises in Thessaloniki Neochorouda .
Our handmade products are produced by natural ingredients which are carefully selected by following the hygiene requirements of the European Union, at our modern facility in Thessaloniki. We only use traditional hand techniques in order to offer products of timeless taste and top quality. Our long experience, our skilled personnel and our ideal production conditions rank our company among the most dynamic companies in Northern Greece. The product range includes puff pastry, croissant dough, pies and more.
The entire range of the production process has been certified, since 2004, by the HACCP system for managing food safety and the ISO 9001/2000 certification for quality management. Our goal is quality and taste, guaranteed by continuous quality controls, starting from receipt of raw materials to production of final products by fully utilizing system ISO 22000 (Certificate No. 110-2 ESYD & QMS-Cert R No. 130-709/2027), the leading certification in foods.
